Designed for high-achieving graduates in Business, Marketing, or Psychology, this program is a selective, hands-on immersion into sales, communication, and consulting — preparing you for a long-term career in project management and business development.

You’ll begin by mastering sales and customer-level consulting — learning how to understand needs, communicate effectively, and create value through hands-on collaboration with one of our national partners.

From there, you’ll apply those same consulting principles at a client level — developing leadership, operational strategy, and business management skills that prepare you to oversee your own client or project after graduation.

💼 Program Overview

Duration: 6–8 months
Location: Austin, TX
Cohort Size: Limited to select candidates per intake

Program Phases:

• Phase 1 — Foundation: Learn sales psychology, customer consulting, and communication fundamentals while representing a Fortune 100 client in the telecommunications space.

• Phase 2 — Leadership: Train and mentor new associates, applying real leadership and consulting psychology in live market settings.

• Phase 3 — Management: Transition into overseeing market operations while preparing to manage your own client or project post-graduation.

Upon completing the program, graduates are fast-tracked into Project Manager and Senior Consultant roles — where they’ll manage a client or project of their choosing within Elevation Global’s expanding portfolio, supported by our leadership network and partner ecosystem.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Weekly base pay + uncapped performance commissions

• Sign-on milestone bonuses (up to $2,000)

• Growth-based promotions (no seniority system)

• Structured career path toward Project Manager and Senior Consultant titles

🎯 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related discipline (graduating Dec 2025)

• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, or community involvement

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• High emotional intelligence and adaptability

• Eligible to work full-time in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship until completion of program)

Preferred:

• Internship or experience in customer-facing roles

• Proven ability to balance academics, extracurriculars, or athletics

• Interest in entrepreneurship, business growth, or people development

We’re hiring an Entry-Level Event Sales Consultant to help bring our telecom clients to life through creative campaigns and hands-on customer engagement.

This is the perfect opportunity for individuals who love connecting with people, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and want to build a lasting career in sales, marketing, and leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Curate live marketing events and utilize sales systems to acquire customers

• Engage customers through interactive product and client promotions

• Distribute marketing materials and capture campaign feedback

• Support customer acquisitions and overall brand growth

• Collaborate with the leadership team to refine event strategy and client presentation
